Sigma Plastic Factory W.L.L is a Qatar-based manufacturer of plastic packaging products and recycled plastic materials. The company is part of the Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Ansari Group and operates a modern manufacturing facility in Doha’s industrial area. The factory initially began by recycling plastic waste to produce garbage bags with an annual capacity of 1,200 metric tons, later expanding production after moving to a new facility in 2013. Today, the company has a production capacity of approximately 7,200–7,500 tons per year of plastic bags and films. Sigma Plastic uses advanced extrusion, printing, granulating, and bag-making technologies to manufacture a wide range of packaging products such as shopping bags, packaging films, and industrial plastic bags. The company focuses on environmentally responsible production by incorporating plastic recycling and oxo-biodegradable materials into its manufacturing processes.
